The company provides collective negotiated discounts to NHS Staff, providing services to around 90% of all 1.4 million NHS Staff.
After extensive research it was discovered that one of the biggest challenges faced by many NHS staff was affordable housing, in particular in key areas. These NHS Staff were either effectively barred from getting a start on the housing ladder or were found to have considerable commuting distances to work in hospitals situated in key areas.
Through effective networking with several national home builders, Equitable Business Solutions has facilitated processes and assisted in creating products bespoke to meet the challenge and demand creating opportunities for all involved.
